I purchased 4 extremely large Christmas wreaths with large red bows attached and placed them in various areas of my front yard. I connected each wreath to each other and then to the remote device. I stand inside of my home and simply press the on button and my beautiful 4 wreaths light up beautifully. There is also a misprint in the add which states that "the remote control hand device does not include a battery". Yes, there s a battery included. All I did was to remove the piece of plastic fro the hand held remote and the battery begin working with the remote device in my yard.
