Confetti wind spinner
Wobbly and no bearings to turn the spinner itself. It just sits there leaning most of the time. I realize it didn't cost much but still a waste of money. It's not worth the money to return it either. If you really want a good wind spinner, buy one that has a more substantial rod and one that turns when the wind changes direction. This one is frozen. - Sande, The Villages, FL
