Runs small

I was excited when I received the coat because it looked perfect for the cold weather in the Northwest. However, it ran very small and not true to the measurement chart. I have a 6 pound Shima and it wouldn't even go around her. Order 1 size up. Maybe I can modify it to fit. I will say that it is very well made. - Angel's Mommy, Spokane, WA

Sized wrong

Jacket is too small for my small dog. I'm waiting to send it back when I go to the post office next month. It will be cheaper than the $7.99 return fee your company charges just for a return label to be sent out. The jacket seems nice but can be used right now. I measured my dog and ordered a size medium for a 1 year old dog. I could barely close this jacket on her. I don't think that it would even have fit her as a puppy. She is thin. - DM, Massachusetts

I would not buy this item again
