I was disappointed in this item. It was pictured in the catalog as being nice and full, but the actual item is quite flimsy. Colors are nice. - Pollock1, Kittanning, Pa.
Pretty, but poorlymade
Although I love the colors and style, it was poorly made. The wires to attach your the lights control box were not properly attached...one not attached at all! Thus, I cannot use the lights. The tree is misshapen, Also. but I think it's from the way it was squashed into the box. Too bad, because it looks pretty and goes either my color palette in that room. - Nana, Saugus, mass

This tree was such a disappointment. I didn't want to take the time to rewrap it and send it back. But it was not usable. The tree toppled over constantly because the base was not heavy enough to hold it up. It went out in the trash. So disappointed. - Lainey, MA.
