  • Poor quality

Doesn't work as advertised, picks up only your voice, not TV sound, and you can hear all background noise. Package was very difficult to open, so when i had to return it, it looked like it had been chewed up by a dog. Not a real top quality item. Was looking for something that would work, and this only wirks if you want to hear yourself talk. - , California

Gave this to my mother and it worked for about 48 hours then the headsets just stopped working. Tried them in other things ... nothing. Not worth the money. - , Missouri

  • Not what it is cracked up to be.

Very poor "Noise to Signal" ratio. The hash and hiss is very distracting. - , Cumberland Twp., Pa

  • Garbage

I bought this to help me hear the TV so my wife and kids don't have to be blasted by it. This amplifies the sounds within 2 feet of it. I actually heard the TV better when I took it off. unless you sit right next to the TV it would do you no good. I wanted to return it and Collections wanted 8 bucks for a label for me to send it back. It was cheaper for me to keep it. Collections just lost me as a customer, I will no longer purchase from them, or will I allow others to buy from them. Don't send me anymore catalogues as I will just burn them - , Arlington WA
