I bought two of these rugs, one for the laundry room and one for the kitchen inside the sliding glass doors. They both look very attractive and are the perfect size that I needed. I was happy to see that they are machine washable. The last one of these braided rugs that I had for the laundry room was cute, but hard to clean. These seem much more practical. Good rug, but color isn't accurate

I purchased a set of these rugs several (6 or 7?) years ago and the runner was in need of replacement. Thrilled to find it in stock again. Can't beat the price. Granted it is not "braided", but it's at my vacation home that doesn't see that much traffic (for the record I do have an nearly 4 digit price braided rug in one of the bedrooms at that house - there is no comparison - you get what you pay for in this instance, but like I said, you get a similar look at a fraction of the cost and in many cases that is all you need). My main issues is that the photo online and in the catalog is not of the rug that is being shipped. I didn't order the doormat size rug because the photo showed a rug that matches what I currently have from several years ago. Imagine my surprise when I opened my boxes and my new rugs are navy and dark tan with red/maroon "flecks" - rather than navy and cream. This time I got the large rug and the runner and now I'm going to have to pay an additional shipping charge to get the small one because they aren't even close to matching. If the website photo had been accurate I would have purchased the other rug in the same order. Not cool. - Austyn, Central FL / East TN

It's fine for the size

Color not as pictured

I bought this to use beside the bed. But the photo of the navy rug shows a cream background and the rug I received has a tan background, just as dark as that shown for the burgundy rug. I already have a large rug that has cream and navy, so the tan and navy looks bad in the same room, and I will be sending it back as soon as I get the other one I ordered. I ordered two and received one so far. The rug is still pretty if you can use tan and navy, but in same room as my cream and navy rug it just looks dingy. Not as pictured

I ordered this area rug in brown to use in a guest bedroom that is done in a chocolate brown, light tan and red. Don't order if you have any red! There are pink dots all in the brown which are not visible in the picture even in the larger view and nothing about pink in the description. It's a waste of time to contact Customer Service.
