Lace Valence

I have not used the valance yet as I purchased it for my Spring/Summer decor. The fabric appears to be of mid-range quality. This will go on the frosted bathroom window over the tub which seems naked without something. I use something else in Winter. - Satindoll, Raleigh, NC
